ABS HFSS Subsea Hydraulic Tensioners are purpose-built for controlled bolt tensioning in offshore and underwater applications. Engineered in the UK, the HFSS range delivers accurate, repeatable bolt preload across ANSI/ASME, API, MSS, and selected NORSOK L-005 flange applications. Designed to minimise the number of load cells required, the system provides an efficient solution for a wide variety of subsea bolting challenges.
It is suitable for pipeline flanges, BOPs, Christmas Trees, risers, clamps, and other critical offshore equipment. The tensioners can be supplied with Solid or Split Reaction Nuts and multiple hydraulic connection configurations to suit different installation requirements.
